About Us

Ron Kuzenko of Ron’s Carpentry, is a life long resident of Courtice, Ontario. He worked locally in a couple of very large companies, but as he was raised on a farm, being continually indoors and punching a clock was not the future he envisioned.

Ron became an apprentice carpenter for a local small business and after completing his apprenticeship he found many of the customers he had done work for were calling him to come back and complete further renovations for them. The demand became so great, he formed Ron’s Carpentry and set out to work on his own.

The idea of also being a residential building contractor appealed to Ron and so Kuzenko Homes was created in 1984.

For the fourteen years we have lived in our home we have consistently hired Ron's Carpentry whenever we wanted a renovation, an update or a brand new construction. The company has installed crown mouldings throughout, built our deck, laid new hardwood floors and constructed our recreation room which features a custom pub style bar, an amazing bathroom situated in a small space, great display cabinets and a much needed wardrobe. Ron's Carpentry also created an extraordinary library room in our home with amazingly unique shelves which incorporate a Murphy bed. All of our projects were started and finished in the agreed time frame with no interruptions.
